The TeamBuilder is a three-hour hands-on culinary event from start to finish. The hands-on cooking segment lasts about an hour, depending on your group size and the menu. Each team member receives a personalized chef's apron; we divide your group into smaller teams that work directly with our professional chefs to prepare items from a three-course menu, using only premium quality ingredients. Our high chef-to-team member ratio ensures distinctive, personal attention. When the cooking is completed, team members retire to our art-filled dining area to enjoy a gourmet meal with seasonal wines.
