Wendy Hawks, Astrologer - Astrology Chicago

WENDY HAWKS began studying Astrology in 1977, and is now a nationally-known consultant, writer and lecturer. This gifted, hard-working Astrologer is originally from the UK.

PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATION, AFFILIATIONS
Wendy is a member of the American Federation of Astrologers (AFA), an organization with members around the globe, and passed their Professional Certification exam in 1982. She's also a member of National Council for Geocosmic Research (NCGR), and a founding member of NCGR's Professional Astrologers' Alliance.

EXPERIENCE AS AN ASTROLOGICAL CONSULTANT
Since 1980 Wendy has run an astrological consulting practice, offering Birth Chart and One-Year Astrology Forecast interpretations, and General Counseling sessions. She also does psychic Tarot Card readings, as well as Biorhythm Compatibility Analysis by which means she steers clients to happier, more compatible relationships. Her outside activities include professional appearances at private parties, psychic fairs, special promotions and corporate events.

EXPERIENCE AS AN ASTROLOGICAL WRITER
Wendy's student textbook, "Nuts and Bolts of Running an Astrology Practice" was published by AFA in 1992. She also co-authored two entertaining and educational Sun Sign coffee table book, "Your Birthday Sign Through Time" (2002), and "Love Signs and You" (2003). From 1983 to 1996 Wendy wrote the weekly horoscope column for The National Examiner. She currently writes for Mini Mags of Boca Raton, FL, and her many published booklets include "Your Chinese Horoscope", "Astro Guide to Healing Herbs", "Astro Guide to Dreams", and "Get Rich for the New Millennium".

EXPERIENCE AS AN ASTROLOGICAL SPEAKER
She has lectured at AFA national conventions and local NCGR groups on a number of occasions, and given presentations at University of Illinois Circle Campus, MENSA and Toastmasters.
